Sports Therapy aims to optimise muscle, tendon, ligament and joint health in order to prevent sport injuries or promote healing after suffering an injury. Sports therapy is for athletes and people who keep fit for fun, regardless of age, sport or ability. Injuries anywhere from a twisted ankle sustained during sport or an aching back from work.

Sports Therapy utilises a number of manual therapy techniques such as; joint mobilisation (spinal and peripheral joints), sports massage, biomechanical analysis, PNF stretching, posture and spinal correction and rehabilitation.
